Need an AMR Name Badge?

If you would like an AMR name tag/badge, please complete the Inquiry Form, and send a message to the Membership Chair.

• To: Membership Chair
• Subject: Name Budget
• Comment or Message: Name(s) for the badges and mailing address for the badges to be mailed to once completed

After the form is submitted, the Membership Chair will respond with next steps (such as where to mail the check for the $15 badge). Please make the check payable to AMR Porsche Club.
